Terms of service
The agreement between AlphaWolf Technology and the organisations and people who use WolfMap Studio and WolfMap Field. Last updated 2026.
The service
WolfMap Studio is software for drawing evacuation and room plans, keeping a register of fire-safety assets, and recording their inspections. WolfMap Field is the companion phone app. Both are provided as an online service.
Accounts
The person who creates an organisation is its owner and administrator. Administrators create accounts for their team and are responsible for who has access. Keep passwords private, and tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
Trial and subscription
A new organisation gets a free trial with the limits shown on the pricing page. After the trial, the studio is paid for as a monthly plan that includes a set number of studio users (administrators and inspectors, the administrator included), with any extra studio users charged on top, for the period you choose; field-only users are free. The plan starts when payment is confirmed and runs until the end of the paid period. Prices may change, but never in the middle of a period you have paid for.
Your content
Your organisation owns its plans, register, photos and documents. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You can export your register at any time.
Using the plans
WolfMap is a drawing and record-keeping tool. Your organisation is responsible for the accuracy of the plans it produces and the records it keeps, and for having them reviewed by a competent person and by the relevant authorities before relying on them. The Studio Assistant gives suggestions that must be checked by a person.
Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or copy the software, get around its limits or watermarks, access another organisation's data, or use the service for anything unlawful.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. The Field app keeps working offline and syncs when it can.
Ending
You can stop at any time; the plan simply runs to the end of the paid period. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is not paid for. Deleted organisations are removed as described in the privacy policy.
Liability
To the extent allowed, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your organisation paid us in the 12 months before it. We are not liable for indirect losses.
