Every organisation starts with a free trial of the full studio, so you can be sure WolfMap suits you before paying anything.

First payment

If you are not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your organisation's first payment, as long as the paid features have not been used in that time — that is, no export or report without the trial watermark has been produced since the payment.

Renewals and add-ons

Renewals, extra users and the Studio Assistant add-on are not refunded once the period has started, but you can stop at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period already paid.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the account owner's email address with your organisation's name. Refunds go back the way the payment was made, usually within 10 working days.
